At USA Gundam Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessories. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached before placing them in the original shipping mailer or a secure box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
